The Center for Technology Transfers in Ceramics

Since 1984, the CTTC has asserted its technology transfer expertise in the field
of advanced ceramics and associated manufacturing processes.

 

A real link between laboratories and the industrial sector, we seek to take the knowledge and results gained from fundamental research and transform them intoindustrial products tailored to each company's specific needs.

Our resources

  • A team made up of 15 PhDs, technicians and engineers with strong expertise in advanced ceramics engineering.
  • A 2000 m² technological workspace on the Ester technopole : numerous shaping tools, a characterization laboratory, a pilot platform...
  • Close upstream collaboration with the institutions (schools and research laboratories) grouped together in the European Ceramics Centre (ECC) to reinforce the CTTC in terms of its Research and Development, innovation and technology.
