Olivier Durand

Our position at the heart very core of the innovation chain, and precisely at the interface
between academic public research laboratories and industry, we play a key role in turning
ideas into products.

Helping, assisting, promoting, disseminating, collaborating and transferring are just some of the
missions that drive us and to which we dedicate all our efforts.

Administrative Manager

Marie-France Barelaud

Marie-France has 28 years' experience in managing the organisation and oversees our purchasing and invoicing processes.

As a specialist in accounting, she monitors the CTTC's income and expenditure, the staff training plan, budgets for contractual services and collaborative projects, and human resources management.

Customer Relationship Manager

Jérôme Claus

Drawing on 20 years' experience in project management and having assumed responsibility for our contractual Research & Development activities in recent years, Jérôme puts his technical knowledge of on ceramic materials and manufacturing processes at your disposal in order to offer you the best solution to your needs.

From drawing up your specifications to designing the service offer, Jérôme offers you tailor-made support from the CTTC for your Research, Development and Industrial Transfer projects.

EXALYSES by CTTC Manager

Christine Fargeas

Christine has been with the CTTC since it was founded in 1984. She has accumulated invaluable experience for the structure, and is responsible for our EXALYSES by CTTC department.

With a solid knowledge of on ceramics, both traditional and technical, she has been running our materials analysis laboratorycharacterisation lab for over 15 years and can advise you on the best characterisation analyses methods to achieve your objectives.

Studies & Projects Manager

Laurence Boyer

Laurence comes to us from the traditional ceramics industry, where she spent over 15 years in various managerial roles in different European countries. At the CTTC since 2018, she is now responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of our contractual and collaborative research and scientific resourcing activities.

As head of a team of 11 people, Laurence also draws on her international experience to set up and run European projects, monitor science and technology and disseminate results.

Design and Methods office Manager

Simon Gal

As trained product designer by training, Simon is in charge of our Design and Methods Office and also ourthe Easyceram by CTTC FabLab Easyceram by CTTC.

With his solid skills in CAD, industrial design and agile manufacturing, Simon can respond to your requests for feasibility studies, prototyping, proof of concept, process qualification, and industrialisationetc.

As FabManager, he also helps project leaders turn their ideas into reality, and runs fun workshops for young people to help them discover the potential of ceramics.
