A new 3D Printer Made in France

EASYCERAM 3D Printer: the first step to Ceramic Industry 4.0

At 3DPRINT SHOW in Lyon (13-16 June 2017) CTTC has just revealed a new printer to make ceramic parts from the prototype to the series.

This printer, based on an extrusion technology, adapts for the first time completely to the specificities of ceramic production. It combines Limoges secular know-how in ceramics and porcelain with new digital and robotic technologies.

Named EASYCERAM 3DPrinter, the printer of the CTTC can print directly on a refractory plate or an already elaborated part; It can also be completed with a robot to increase the productivity of the process. Moreover this printer is designed to work in factories and industrial environments, notably by integrating premium materials that greatly improve the life of components even with abrasive materials such as ceramics.

EASYCERAM 3DPrinter which already finds applications in the field of tableware, technical ceramics and medical devices will be marketed in the second half of 2017.
